Ingredients
- 8 cup Pasta
- 1 lb 80/20 hamburger meat
- 1 gal Milk
- 50 piece Cheese
- 1 Package Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the hamburger meat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Lower heat to medium. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour in enough milk to create a creamy sauce (start with about 2 cups; add more as needed). Stir in salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish. Top with the cheese pieces.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
