Creamy Cheesy Hamburger Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 cup Pasta
  • 1 lb 80/20 hamburger meat
  • 1 gal Milk
  • 50 piece Cheese
  • 1 Package Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the hamburger meat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Lower heat to medium. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Pour in enough milk to create a creamy sauce (start with about 2 cups; add more as needed). Stir in salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Transfer to a baking dish. Top with the cheese pieces.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
