Ingredients
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 cup Rice
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 50 g Cheese
- 52 g Beef
- 1 piece Chicken
- 3 g green beans
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add the broccoli and green beans, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and black pepper to the mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Dice the tomatoes and add them to the stir-fry, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve the stir-fry over the cooked rice and sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
