A delicious and flavorful spicy chicken cous cous recipe that is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cous cous
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- While the chicken is resting, prepare the cous cous. In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Stir in cous cous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
- Slice the grilled chicken and serve on top of the cous cous. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
