Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken breasts.
Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
While the chicken is resting, prepare the cous cous. In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Stir in cous cous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
Slice the grilled chicken and serve on top of the cous cous. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
