8 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil


1.Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.Add the diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated with the tomato sauce.
5.Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
6.Serve hot and enjoy!
