Grilled Greek Shrimp
Delicious and flavorful greek-style grilled shrimp recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp large, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp thyme dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers, making sure to leave space between each shrimp.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve them with lemon wedges.
