Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef sirloin cut into cubes
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Thread the beef cubes and asparagus onto skewers, alternating between the two.
  • Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
  • Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches desired doneness and the asparagus is tender.
  • Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve the grilled beef and asparagus skewers hot and enjoy!
