Grilled Beef and Asparagus Breakfast Skewers
Delicious and protein-packed breakfast skewers with grilled beef and asparagus.
Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin cut into cubes
- 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Thread the beef cubes and asparagus onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches desired doneness and the asparagus is tender.
- Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled beef and asparagus skewers hot and enjoy!
