Ingredients
- 12 pieces large mushrooms stems removed
- 4 oz crab meat cooked
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs plain
- 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, cream cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
