Ingredients
  

  • 12 pieces large mushrooms stems removed
  • 4 oz crab meat cooked
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs plain
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, cream cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  • Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and topping is golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
