- 2 pieces Tomatoes sliced, ripe
- 8 oz mozzarella sliced, fresh
- 1 cup Basil leaves whole or torn, fresh
- 2 tbsp balsamic reduction or glaze
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper

I don’t see the point of balsamic glaze. Just use plain vinegar and it’ll be fine.
