Ingredients
- 6 piece Frozen Lobster tails
- 100 g Butter
- 1 g Fresh lemon juice
- 1 g Crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Thaw the frozen lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or under cold running water.
- Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the tops of the lobster shells to expose the meat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and brush with additional garlic butter before serving. Enjoy!
