Ingredients
- 100 g Pasta
- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Broccoli
- 50 g Cheese
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 g Pesto
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the beef, cooking until browned.
- Add chopped carrots and broccoli to the skillet with the beef. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and pesto, mixing well. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
