Tofu Stir Fry
A delicious and easy-to-make tofu stir fry that’s perfect for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 200 grams tofu pressed and cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 piece bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove tofu from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add tofu back to the skillet.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
