Thai Watermelon and Lime Cooler
A refreshing and hydrating drink made with watermelon and lime.
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon cut into cubes
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
