2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish
Green onions for garnish


1.Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2.Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3.In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
4.Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
