Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, 1/4 cup melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Spread evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, and 1/4 cup melted butter until crumbly. Stir in mini marshmallows. Sprinkle mixture over sweet potato mixture.

    Mine came out kinda bland even though I used real vanilla. I think I mashed the sweet potatoes too smooth? Also I forgot to measure the salt right, so that’s on me.
