A delicious and refreshing pasta salad that is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 200 g pasta cooked and cooled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber diced
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, basil, and parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
