Delicious and satisfying brunch pizza topped with pork and tomatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of cooked pulled pork
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a round shape and place it on a lined baking sheet.
  • Spread the pulled pork evenly over the dough.
  • Arrange the cherry tomato halves on top of the pulled pork.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the tomatoes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped basil over the pizza.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
