Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup chopped cooked pork
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Gruyere)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
