1 pre-made pie crust
1 cup chopped cooked pork
1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Gruyere)
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
