Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread the chopped cooked pork and sliced roasted red peppers evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the pork and peppers.
Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
