Oreo truffles are the perfect bite-sized indulgence, combining the rich, familiar flavor of Oreos with a smooth, creamy center, all coated in decadent chocolate. These no-bake treats are easy to make and require just a few ingredients, making them ideal for last-minute celebrations, holiday gatherings, or as a sweet snack when you’re craving something special. Whether you’re an Oreo lover or simply enjoy rich, chocolatey desserts, these truffles are a must-try.
The base of an Oreo truffle is simple yet irresistible. It starts with crushed Oreo cookies, which are mixed with cream cheese to create a thick, sweet filling. The cream cheese helps bind the cookie crumbs together, giving the truffles a rich, fudgy texture. The result is a smooth, creamy center that’s the perfect contrast to the crunchy cookie crumbs.
Once the mixture is well combined, it’s rolled into small, bite-sized balls and placed on a baking sheet. The next step is to dip each truffle into melted chocolate, either dark, milk, or white chocolate, depending on your preference. The chocolate coating hardens around the truffle, creating a rich, glossy shell that adds an extra layer of sweetness and indulgence.
For added flair, some people choose to drizzle the truffles with more melted chocolate, sprinkle them with crushed Oreos, or even dip them in different types of chocolate to create a beautiful marbled effect. These additions not only enhance the flavor but also make the truffles look even more enticing and festive.
Oreo truffles are versatile and can easily be customized. You can switch up the chocolate coating, add different flavor extracts to the filling, or even dip them in colored sprinkles for special occasions like holidays or birthdays. No matter how you decorate them, they’re sure to be a hit at any gathering.
These truffles are easy to make ahead of time and store in the refrigerator, where they’ll stay fresh for up to a week. With their rich, creamy center and smooth chocolate coating, Oreo truffles are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth without spending hours in the kitchen.

These Oreo truffles are AMAZING! I made them for a party and everyone loved them. So easy too!
These are so good! I made them for a party and they disappeared in minutes!
Just okay. I expected more. Maybe it’s the brand of Oreos I used?
Just 3 ingredients? I thought there was more to it! But these are super simple and delicious!
Three? That sounds a bit too easy… I wonder if they’ll taste as good as they look.
Yeah, it’s crazy how just three ingredients can make something so yummy! Can’t wait to try this!
Yum! I want to eat them all now!! So rich, I love!
Super easy to make. My kids love them! A bit messy to dip in chocolate tho. Lol.
Too sweet for my taste. Maybe cut down on the chocolate next time?
Looks easy enough, but I might burn the chocolate… idk, im not a good cook.
Not gonna lie, I don’t get the hype. It’s basically just Oreo and cream cheese balls covered in chocolate. That’s fine, but I wouldn’t make it again for the effort.
Eh, they were okay. I felt like the chocolate overpowered the Oreos too much.
I dunno, I think mine came out wrong. The mix was kinda gooey and wouldn’t hold its shape. What’s up with that?
These are soooo good! Made them for a party and they vanished in no time!
These are so yummy! Made them for a party and they were gone in minutes. 5 stars!
Oreo and cream cheese? How is this even a recipe? Doesn’t seem healthy at all.
Are Oreos gluten free? This could be a problem for my friend who’s celiac. Please help!
These truffles is lit! My mom loves em! 10/10 recommend!
Tastes like a chocolate cookie! Love ’em! 4.
Fun recipe, but I messed up the chocolate coating at first. I used chocolate chips that didn’t melt smooth, so I added a tiny bit of oil. After that they looked great.
Maybe it’s just me, but I think using chocolate chips is kinda the problem. Next time try real melting chocolate—oil changes the texture. Still, fixing it is half the battle lol.
I’ve totally had that happen—chocolate chips can be stubborn. A little oil makes sense to help it get smoother. Glad it turned out great!
Too sweet for my taste, but the kids loved them! Might try with less sugar next time.
Truffles are hard and I don’t know how people can make them. Mine just fell apart! 😩
Is this even a real recipe? Seems like anyone could do it. But hey, might be fun.
Looks simple but why not just buy Oreos? Seems like more work for nothing. 🤷♂️
Definitely a real recipe! Super easy and delicious, my kids love making these with me.
I’m not sure why people rave about these. They were okay, but nothing special… 3 stars.
I tried making these but they just wouldn’t stick together. I think I added too much cream cheese?
Super simple recipe! Just make sure to let them chill enough otherwise the chocolate will mess up. 😉
These are so easy and delicious! My kids loved them!
I’m so glad your kids loved them! They really are a hit with my family too!
OMG, I can’t stop eating these! So addictive! Definitely making them again! ❤️
I don’t like cream cheese and was hesitant, but these turned out great! Surprised my family, too! 4 stars!
I’m so glad you liked them! The cream cheese really balances out the sweetness of the Oreos, don’t you think? I can’t believe how easy these are to make!
Really? I don’t like cream cheese either. Does it not taste too much like it? I wonder if I could substitute with something else. 🤔
Honestly, they look delicious but I can’t believe how easy that is. Are they really worth the hype?
Why do you have to chill them?? I just wanna eat them right away!
Yuck! I added too much cream cheese and they wouldn’t stick together. I guess I made a mistake.
Followed the recipe exactly but they didn’t set right…any tips?
Try letting them chill a bit longer! Sometimes they just need that extra time to firm up properly. Good luck!
Just okay. My sister made them, but they were too sweet for me.
Um, why does it say cream cheese?? Isn’t it supposed to be whipping cream? Not the same at all…
Omg! I didn’t even know truffles could be this easy! So yummy! ❤️ 5 stars!
Delish! So simple too, only took me half an hour from start to finish. 🖤
I dont get why you need cream cheese? Can I leave it out? Sounded good till I read that part.
OMG this is the best recipe ever! I can’t stop eating them!
I tried to make these and they just fell apart! I think it was too hot in my kitchen. Anyone else have that issue? 2 stars.
Eh, I thought they were overrated. Just crumbled cookies covered in chocolate.
I totally disagree! These are so good! You gotta try making them with different toppings too.
These truffles are amazing! So rich and chocolatey, I can’t stop eating them!
