3 lbs pork ribs, cut into individual ribs
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped green onions, for garnish


1.In a bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and Chinese five-spice powder to create the marinade.
2.Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper, then coat them with the marinade. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3.Preheat the grill to medium heat.
4.Grill the marinated pork ribs for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
5.During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with more of the marinade to create a glaze.
6.Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
7.Serve the Hoisin Glazed Grilled Ribs garnished with chopped green onions.
