Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken about 4 pounds
- 1/2 cup honey for glazing
- 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium preferred
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic together to make the glaze.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the chicken with the glaze mixture, covering it thoroughly.

I followed the recipe exactly but my chicken came out kinda dry. Maybe I cooked it too long? Not great.
