200g dark chocolate
200g butter
4 eggs
200g granulated sugar
100g all-purpose flour
16 pitted cherries


1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2.Butter and flour 8 individual ramekins or oven-safe cups.
3.In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and creamy.

10.Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
11.Gently run a knife around the edge of each cake and invert onto serving plates.
