Ingredients
  

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust pre-made
  • 1 cup butterscotch pudding mix instant
  • 2 cups milk cold
  • 3 large bananas ripe, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the butterscotch pudding mix with the cold milk as per the instructions on the package.
  • Slice the bananas and arrange a layer on the graham cracker crust.
  • Pour half of the pudding over the bananas and smooth out with a spatula.
  • Add another layer of banana slices on top of the pudding.
  • Spread the remaining pudding over the second layer of bananas.
  • Top the pie with whipped cream, spreading it evenly. Add banana slices or graham crackers.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.

    I don’t know… My bananas turned brown too quick and it tasted weird. Maybe I did something wrong?

      I had the same problem! I think it’s the humidity that can make bananas brown fast. Try adding lemon juice to them before layering. 🤔
