Baileys Ice Cream

March 11, 2025

Baileys ice cream is a rich, indulgent dessert that brings together the smooth, creamy texture of ice cream with the distinctive flavor of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur. This dessert is the perfect way to enjoy the sweet, boozy richness of Baileys in a frozen form. With a luscious base of vanilla ice cream, combined with a generous splash of Baileys, this treat is a delightful way to end any meal or enjoy on a warm evening.

The beauty of this ice cream lies in its simplicity. The base is made with heavy cream, milk, and sugar, creating a smooth, velvety texture that melts in your mouth. The addition of Baileys Irish Cream enhances the flavor profile with notes of chocolate, coffee, and vanilla, giving the ice cream a unique, adult twist. Unlike other alcoholic desserts, the alcohol in Baileys doesn’t overpower the ice cream, but rather adds a subtle warmth and richness that elevates the overall experience.

Baileys combined with fresh ice cream, is not only delicious on its own but can also be used as a topping for other desserts. Scoop it over a warm brownie or piece of chocolate cake for an extra indulgent treat, or pair it with fresh berries or a drizzle of caramel sauce. It’s also a great addition to milkshakes or a boozy float when paired with your favorite soda or sparkling water.

Baileys Irish Cream has become one of the most popular liqueurs worldwide, known for its smooth, creamy texture and rich, indulgent flavor. First introduced in 1974, it quickly gained a loyal following due to its unique combination of Irish whiskey, cream, and hints of chocolate and vanilla. Baileys has become a go-to ingredient in a variety of cocktails, desserts, and coffee drinks, and its versatility has made it a favorite for both casual drinkers and connoisseurs. Over the years, the brand has expanded its flavor range, introducing variations like salted caramel and chocolate cherry, further boosting its popularity. Baileys’ ability to blend seamlessly into festive occasions and everyday indulgences has solidified its place as a beloved classic in the world of liqueurs.

What makes this ice cream even more appealing is that it’s incredibly easy to make at home. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create this decadent dessert without the need for an ice cream maker. If you’re looking for a festive treat for special occasions, this ice cream can also be prepared in advance, allowing you to enjoy it whenever the craving strikes.

Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to a delicious dessert, this ice cream is a rich, creamy indulgence that’s sure to impress.

Ugh, I think I overbeat the cream. It turned grainy and wouldn’t fold nicely. Anyone else have that happen?

  2. User avatar edwin.okeefe says:

I had a hard time believing this would work with just a few ingredients, but wow! It turned out better than I expected. Thanks for sharing!

This is the best ice cream I’ve ever made! So creamy and delicious. The Baileys gives it a nice kick!

  6. 5 stars
My kids loved it! Yes, it has alcohol, but they only got a taste. Great treat for adults too. 🙂

    1. User avatar otha.schowalter34 says:

      5 stars
Sounds delicious! I can’t wait to try it for my next party. Just hope the kids don’t go overboard with the taste! 😂

Wow, this is so easy! Like, if I can do it, anyone can! Perfect for summer.

  8. User avatar NAFO.SUPREMACY says:

Followed the recipe but mine turned out kind of icy. Not sure what went wrong. 😕

  9. User avatar dell.goodwin77 says:

This is dangerous. I ate “just a little” and somehow it was gone. The condensed milk really helps the texture.

  10. User avatar Lumberjack says:

This ice cream is divine! The Baileys adds such a rich flavor. Perfect for a summer night!

  11. User avatar reta.runte12 says:

One question: can I use Baileys coffee instead? I’m not saying I’m right, but I think that would be good. Anyone tried?

  12. 3 stars
It tastes good, but mine had tiny icy bits. I think my heavy cream wasn’t cold enough. Also, I used vanilla “flavoring” not extract
 maybe that’s why.

  13. User avatar chara.crist says:

    2 stars
I thought it was okay but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I prefer sorbet.

    1. User avatar stacy.strosin74 says:

      4 stars
I get that! Everyone has different taste buds. Have you tried making a sorbet with less sugar?

    2. User avatar wellRespected says:

Too sweet?! Are you sure you mixed it right? I love sweet stuff. This is awesome!

  14. User avatar randell.welch2 says:

Yum, but what if ya don’t have Baileys? Can I use any other booze? Will vodka work?

    1. User avatar reita.homenick62 says:

      3 stars
Yea, just use what ya got! Vodka’s fine, but it ain’t gonna taste like Baileys, just chill it good so ya don’t taste the alcohol too much.

    2. User avatar racheal.botsford says:

      4 stars
You can use other liqueurs like Irish whiskey or Kahlua for a different flavor! Vodka might not give the same creamy texture though. Try somethin else!

  15. User avatar wes.prosacco says:

    3 stars
I didn’t taste the Baileys much. Seems easy but needs more flavor. Maybe add more Baileys next time?

  16. User avatar sammie.hyatt48 says:

    5 stars
This ice cream is a game-changer! So creamy and the Baileys flavor is just perfect. Will definitely be making it again!

  17. User avatar sondra.goodwin says:

    3 stars
Can I use another type of alcohol or just leave it out? My friend can’t have alcohol.

    1. User avatar renna.turner says:

      5 stars
You can leave out the alcohol entirely! It should still taste great with just the cream and condensed milk.

    2. User avatar enola.brakus88 says:

      3 stars
I think you could use something like coffee or chocolate syrup instead of Baileys. Would that work? Not sure if it will taste the same tho.

  18. User avatar leonard.hegmann48 says:

    2 stars
Wow, this was way too sweet for my taste. :/ Also, I added chocolate chips, but it didn’t save it. Not my fav.

  19. 5 stars
OMG, wow! Made this for a party and everyone loved it! Definitely going to make it again!

  20. User avatar terminatorXYZ says:

I didn’t think heavy cream and condensed milk could go together like this. It’s too sweet for my taste.

  21. User avatar porsha.oconnell says:

Is Baileys even ice cream? Feels more like a boozy milkshake to me!

  22. User avatar moshe.watsica58 says:

    4 stars
Honestly, this is just boozy condensed milk cream in a pan lol. But that’s fine, because it’s delicious.

  23. User avatar joseph.okuneva1991 says:

Yummy! I can’t stop eating this! Is it bad to have it for breakfast? Lol!

  24. User avatar Questular Rontok says:

Is it really that good? I mean, isn’t it just ice cream with booze? đŸ€”

  30. User avatar leandro.lesch says:

I used regular cream and accidentally let it sit out for a bit, but I chilled everything again and it still thickened. Not bad at all.

    Ice cream!!! 😍

  34. User avatar jeffery.kris50 says:

  35. User avatar dwight.tillman1976 says:

Yummy! Made this for my friends and they loved it. Will definitely make again! â˜ș

  36. User avatar Rob McKenna says:

    2 stars
I tried this recipe but it didn’t freeze right. My ice cream turned out kinda mushy. Not sure what I did wrong.

    1. User avatar Kimberli Beer says:

      4 stars
Maybe it wasn’t mixed well enough? The cream needs to be really whipped before adding other stuff. Don’t lose hope, you can try again!

  37. User avatar brenton.breitenberg10 says:

    5 stars
This ice cream was a hit at our party! Everyone loved it. Thanks for sharing!

  38. User avatar monique.ernser17 says:

    2 stars
Too much cream! I prefer my ice cream with more flavor. Not really a fan.

  39. 2 stars
This ain’t real ice cream. Just mixin’ up some stuff. My grandma makes it better from scratch.

  40. User avatar geoWizard says:

    3 stars
Not sure about ‘stiff peaks’—I feel like folding condensed milk without deflating the cream is basically witchcraft. Still tasty though!

  41. User avatar basementDweller says:

    5 stars
This recipe is so easy and delicious! I love Baileys!

    1. 5 stars
I made this the other night, and it was a hit! So creamy and perfect for summer. Thanks for sharing!

  42. 4 stars
Yum! I loved it but my husband thought the Baileys was too strong. He only likes plain ice cream. đŸ€·â€â™€ïž

  43. User avatar Draugr Thrall says:

    5 stars
This ice cream is AMAZING! So creamy and delicious, the Baileys really adds a nice kick. Definitely making this again!

  44. User avatar floyd.rogahn61 says:

    4 stars
Quick question, can I use regular cream instead of heavy cream? Just curious.

    1. User avatar raphael.daugherty1963 says:

      3 stars
Yeah, you can probably use regular cream, but it won’t be as creamy. Just give it a shot!

    2. User avatar janiece.champlin says:

      5 stars
I wouldn’t recommend it. Regular cream won’t give you that rich texture. Heavy cream is a must for this recipe!

  45. User avatar benny.jacobi says:

    3 stars
I tried it but it didn’t taste like much. Maybe I should have added more Baileys?

  46. User avatar louisa.moore64 says:

    4 stars
Yum! Also I think the more Baileys the better, right? That’s the point!

  47. User avatar Lashawnda Gottlieb says:

    5 stars
I added chocolate chips and it was amazing! You should try it! 5!

  48. User avatar steve_maga says:

    4 stars
Not sure if “stiff peaks” is accurate for everyone—my cream reached soft peaks at first. I kept whipping and it got there eventually.

  49. 4 stars
I don’t really like Baileys but my friend made this and I actually liked it! Surprised!

  50. User avatar matthew.homenick says:

    4 stars
Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about no-churn ice cream in a loaf pan
but it worked. Mine was a little soft at first, then firmed up overnight.

    1. User avatar kennith.reichel96 says:

      5 stars
I had the same thought 😅 loaf pan ice cream sounded like a sad dessert—but yours turning firm overnight makes me feel way better. What loaf pan size did you use?

    2. User avatar daphne.fisher2018 says:

      2 stars
No-churn in a pan is still weird to me lol. Shouldn’t it be more scoopable right away? Mine always stays like soft pudding, even after 8 hours. Maybe my Baileys wasn’t cold enough

  51. User avatar ricky.wiegand96 says:

    5 stars
SO good! It was like heaven in a bowl! 🎉

  52. User avatar noella.rutherford says:

So easy to make and soooo good! Perfect for summer nights. 🍩

    1. User avatar miss.thiel69 says:

      3 stars
I dunno, sounds too sweet for me. Can I use just regular cream instead of heavy? đŸ€”

    2. User avatar tissues_with_issues says:

      5 stars
Totally agree! This ice cream is super easy to whip up and tastes amazing. Perfect treat for a hot night! 😍

  53. User avatar alphonse.grant says:

    4 stars
I did the stiff peaks step a bit too aggressively, so the texture was slightly grainy, but the flavor is still amazing. Next time I’ll fold more gently.

  54. User avatar almeda.rau86 says:

    1 star
Eh, not really my thing. I just prefer chocolate ice cream anyways.

  55. User avatar michelina.wunsch80 says:

    4 stars
My kids loved it! Wait, there’s alcohol? Oops! 😅

    1. 5 stars
Haha, yeah that’s a sneaky one! But honestly, it’s super delicious! 😋

  56. User avatar Faustina Lindgren says:

    3 stars
I had trouble gettin it to set. Maybe I bought the wrong kind of cream? Any tips?

    1. 4 stars
I had the same issue! I think it could be the type of heavy cream you used. Make sure it’s really cold before you whip it up. Good luck!

    2. User avatar casie.murphy75 says:

      3 stars
Maybe add more Baileys? That could help! Or try using a different brand of cream. I don’t know, just a thought!

  57. User avatar reatha.gerlach0 says:

    3 stars
I followed it exactly and it still tasted kinda icy. Maybe my cream wasn’t cold enough? Next time I’ll chill everything longer.

    1. User avatar delilah.davis42 says:

      5 stars
Yeah, chilling can make a big difference—if the cream/condensed milk weren’t cold cold, it can freeze up with that icy texture. I’d also try chilling the bowl/beaters too, and don’t rush the freezer time.

  58. User avatar kam.rodriguez says:

    5 stars
This is dangerously good. The stiff peaks step is key—mine got silky only when I rushed it. 10/10 for a quick, no-churn treat.

  59. User avatar sean.dickinson86 says:

    4 stars
I was worried it wouldn’t firm up, but it did after closer to 8 hours. The texture was smooth and the flavor is rich—very boozy (in a good way).

    1. User avatar nubia.walter2004 says:

      5 stars
Nice! I had the same fear, but once it gets past that 6-hour mark it really comes together. 8 hours seems like the sweet spot for a smooth, scoopable texture. That boozy richness is the best part 😄

  60. User avatar ike.wilderman32 says:

    2 stars
It’s just cold milk, right? Hahaha I’m skeptical but sounds nice.

  61. 3 stars
I made this without the vanilla extract, and it tasted fine, but I think it could use something extra. Not sure if I’d make it again.

  62. User avatar alexander.hermiston63 says:

    2 stars
Too sweet for my taste. I think next time I’ll cut the condensed milk in half.

    1. 4 stars
I totally get that! Condensed milk can be super sweet. Cutting it is a smart move!

    2. User avatar ellsworth.jaskolski70 says:

      2 stars
But Baileys is already sweet! Why mess with it? Just enjoy the flavor, I say!

  63. User avatar trula.gaylord1956 says:

    5 stars
This ice cream is luxurious! Made it for my party and everyone loved it! đŸ„ł

  64. User avatar merlin.stokes1996 says:

    4 stars
I was skeptical at first, but this turned out amazing! Just make sure to use quality Baileys.

  65. User avatar yetta.shields says:

    5 stars
Not much into ice cream, but this one was a hit with my family. 5 stars from them!

  66. 4 stars
Easy peasy! Really fun to make, def gonna share this with my friends.

  67. User avatar klara.osinski says:

    2 stars
The instructions are straightforward, but ‘Ensure it’s chilled’ is vague—how cold? I chilled for like 10 minutes and it didn’t beat as well.

  68. User avatar oPandariaNo says:

    2 stars
Eh, I thought it would be more like the store-bought kind. Didn’t really wow me.

    1. 4 stars
I get what you mean, but homemade always has that extra love, right? Give it another shot! 😄

  69. User avatar wellRespected says:

    4 stars
6 hours? I did 12 and it got hard like ice. Let it sit 5-10 minutes before scooping—huge difference.

    1. User avatar charla.gutmann says:

      5 stars
Yes! That warm-ish “first freeze” can really mess with the texture. Letting it sit briefly makes scooping way easier.

  70. User avatar ivory.kub says:

    5 stars
This ice cream is absolutely delicious! Perfect for summer gatherings. 5 stars!

  71. 5 stars
    Delicious!

  72. User avatar shemika.brakus70 says:

    5 stars
This is dangerously easy. I followed the steps and it came out super creamy after the full 6 hours. The Baileys flavor is spot on.

  73. User avatar cathie.kulas says:

    3 stars
Why does everyone say “just combined” like it’s easy? I overfolded and it turned a little uneven. Next time I’ll be gentler.

    1. User avatar tonda.osinski45 says:

      5 stars
Honestly, “just combined” is a little misleading 😅 Overmixing definitely can mess with the texture. Gentler folding is the way—like you’re basically trying to keep the air you whipped into the cream.

  74. User avatar shantell.skiles2011 says:

    4 stars
I’m usually skeptical of no-churn ice cream, but wow. Sweet and smooth. Next time I’ll add a pinch of salt to balance it.

  75. User avatar clarence.pfannerstill1955 says:

    3 stars
Okay so I followed it exactly, but mine came out a bit too soft after 6 hours. Might’ve been my freezer or I didn’t chill the cream long enough.

  76. User avatar Slartibartfast says:

    4 stars
Recipe is solid. I used a loaf pan and pressed plastic wrap directly on top before freezing. Helped prevent icy bits.

  77. 3 stars
Too much Baileys for my taste. I prefer it with less alcohol flavor. Anyone else feel the same?

  78. User avatar rickiestmorty says:

    3 stars
Why is it called “ice cream” if it’s basically cream + condensed milk? It’s good, but I feel like the name is missleading. 😅

    1. User avatar delorse.connelly44 says:

      3 stars
It’s misleading only if you think ice cream has to be like store-bought. This is basically a no-churn style—cream + sweet stuff + flavoring. Also if it’s not thick enough when you serve, maybe your freezer temp or time wasn’t long enough.

    2. User avatar lettie.stark2021 says:

      4 stars
I get what you mean 😄 but “ice cream” is more about the frozen, churned/creamy texture than the specific dairy ratio. Condensed milk is just part of how it stays smooth and sweet in the freezer.

  79. 3 stars
Is it really ice cream if it ain’t fruity? But my mom liked it… I give it a 3.

  80. 4 stars
Pretty simple and the texture came out great after 6 hours. Next time I’ll add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

  81. 5 stars
This turned out insanely creamy. I followed the “cold” instructions and the stiff peaks were perfect—best Baileys dessert I’ve made.

  82. User avatar laurice.cassin says:

    2 stars
Too much alcohol for me! I was expecting a mild flavor but it tastes like I’m eating a liquor bottle. Not my thing.

  83. User avatar carlos.beer66 says:

    5 stars
This turned out super creamy and “grown-up” (in a good way). I used full-fat heavy cream and kept everything really cold like the recipe says. Tastes just like Baileys, but in ice cream form. Definitely making again!

  84. User avatar becky.hansen1972 says:

    3 stars
One cup of Baileys feels like a lot for me. I used like half a cup and it was still good—might be better for people who don’t like strong alcohol.

  85. 2 stars
I don’t know why everyone loves this so much. It tastes too strong to me. 2/5.

    1. User avatar Tyisha Hills says:

      4 stars
I actually love the strong taste! It makes it really unique compared to regular ice cream. But I guess it depends on your palate! 🍩

  86. User avatar sherwood.hand97 says:

    5 stars
Honestly this is so easy. No ice cream maker, no fuss. Five stars.

  87. User avatar charlie.schmitt says:

    5 stars
This is dangerously good. I used extra vanilla and it tastes like a boozy milkshake. Super creamy too!

  88. User avatar Sheikah Monk says:

    4 stars
Could’ve used more Baileys tbh. Mine tastes more like sweet cream than Irish cream. Will probably bump to 1.5 cups next time.

    1. User avatar Dr. Aleta Frami says:

      5 stars
Totally feel you—my first batch was more “sweet cream” too. Next time I’ll try a little more Baileys and maybe reduce the condensed milk slightly so the Irish cream flavor actually shows up.

  89. User avatar monroe.jacobs says:

    5 stars
I made this for a party and everyone loved it! Super easy to make with few ingredients.

    1. User avatar bryan.romaguera says:

      5 stars
So glad to hear everyone loved it! It’s super easy and delicious. Perfect party treat!

    2. 2 stars
I dunno, sounds kinda easy. But is it really that good? I mean, ice cream is just ice cream, right?

  90. 2 stars
Meh, didn’t taste that great. Are you sure it wasn’t supposed to have chocolate? 👎

  91. 5 stars
Ice cream with alcohol? What kind of madness is this? But I like it!

  92. User avatar pearly.nitzsche2 says:

    5 stars
This is the BEST ice cream ever! So creamy and rich. Definitely a new favorite!

  93. User avatar dominga.funk1973 says:

    1 star
Is it really ice cream if it’s made with Baileys? Isn’t it just a milkshake?

    1. User avatar Spider Guardian says:

      4 stars
I think it’s still ice cream! Just with a twist! đŸŠâ€ïž

  94. 3 stars
Mine froze a little too firm, like scoopable but not silky. I think my freezer is colder than average. Still tasted great though.

  95. 5 stars
Made this last weekend—so creamy and the flavor is spot on. I used extra vanilla because why not, and it turned out amazing.

  96. User avatar terminatorXYZ says:

    2 stars
My dumb question: is the condensed milk supposed to be cold cold? I warmed it because I thought it would mix easier
 lesson learned.

  97. User avatar chantel.hoppe says:

    4 stars
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about this recipe. But it turned out great! I might add more Baileys next time.

  98. User avatar Deep Thought says:

    5 stars
Okay but I love Baileys and this is dangerously easy. I ate it straight from the freezer (don’t judge).

    1. User avatar corrina.gutmann says:

      5 stars
Straight from the freezer?! Honestly respect 😂 That flavor would still be perfect. Definitely making this—so quick.

Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about no-churn just relying on condensed milk, but wow. Smooth texture and nice boozy flavor.

  100. User avatar jamika.klein30 says:

    3 stars
But how long can it last in the freezer? I don’t wanna waste it!!!

  101. User avatar deidre.krajcik says:

    5 stars
This turned out super creamy and actually tasted like Baileys! I kept everything cold like the recipe says and it really helped with the texture.

  102. User avatar malika.donnelly says:

    2 stars
I didn’t have heavy cream, so I used half-and-half. It didn’t work, the ice cream was super icy. Stick to the recipe!

    1. User avatar orville.koss says:

      4 stars
I hear you! Half-and-half isn’t the same as heavy cream, it can really mess with the texture. Stick to the recipe for sure!

  103. 5 stars
    1 scoop. Done. 😋

  104. User avatar abraham.wiza15 says:

    4 stars
It says freeze at least 6 hours—mine needed closer to 10 because my freezer is kinda weak. But once it set, wow.

  105. User avatar Madge Hintz I says:

    3 stars
Mine froze really hard like a rock. I think I didn’t use “cold” condensed milk and it didn’t mix smooth. Also, I maybe didn’t fold evenly. Flavor was good though.

  106. User avatar abby.zboncak1998 says:

    5 stars
Tried this last weekend—super creamy and the Baileys flavor is spot on. I whisked the cream until it was really stiff and it held up well after freezing.

  107. User avatar evan.johnston says:

    4 stars
I used store-brand Irish cream and it still tasted great. Freezer time: I needed closer to 8 hours, but the texture was worth it.

    1. User avatar birdie.hahn says:

      5 stars
Good to know! I’m always worried store-brand won’t measure up, but 8 hours in the freezer makes sense for a firmer texture. Definitely trying this next time.

    2. User avatar marcie.mitchell1996 says:

      4 stars
8 hours? mine was kinda soft at 6 and i thought i did something wrong 😅 maybe my freezer runs warm. Still tasted like Bailey’s though—pretty good!

  108. User avatar tessie.fahey31 says:

    3 stars
I tried this and it tasted kinda icy, not velvety. Would adding a little alcohol help? I’m not sure. Instructions are short but that’s the vibe I guess.

  109. User avatar whitley.waters says:

    5 stars
To make it even better, I added crushed cookies on top. Try it!

  110. User avatar jacqualine.fadel22 says:

    2 stars
I don’t drink Baileys, can I use chocolate syrup instead? Or is that not right?

    1. 2 stars
I dunno, maybe just stick to the recipe? Baileys is kinda the main star here. đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž

    2. User avatar cornelia.zulauf85 says:

      4 stars
Using chocolate syrup sounds tasty, but it won’t taste the same as Baileys. Maybe try adding some milk instead?

  111. 5 stars
5 stars! Best thing I’ve ever made! Perfect for summer nights! â˜€ïžđŸŠ Just kept making excuses to eat it!

    1. User avatar trinh.wilkinson2010 says:

      2 stars
Really? I don’t know, sounds kinda weird. Alcohol in ice cream? I just stick to vanilla.

    2. 5 stars
I can’t believe how good this turned out! 😍 My family loved it! Making it again this weekend!

  112. 2 stars
I’m skeptical. Baileys in ice cream sounds sweet and kind of weird, but I’ll admit I wanted to try it. I guess it wasn’t half bad? lol

  113. User avatar Emmett Kovacek II says:

    4 stars
I followed the recipe closely but my freezer time was only like 4 hours. Still tasty, just softer. Next time I’ll respect the 6 hours.

  114. User avatar danielle.gaylord says:

    3 stars
I’m not sure if I like the texture. It turned out kind of icy instead of creamy. Maybe I did something wrong?

  115. User avatar arnoldo.ernser36 says:

Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about no churning, but it actually works. Stiff peaks were key—mine were a little soft at first.

    1. 3 stars
No churn really??? i tried once and it came out like boozy pudding lol. I think my peaks werent stiff enough either. Also i used room temp condensed milk… rookie mistake 😅

    2. 5 stars
I had the same worry, but once I chilled everything properly it turned out way better. Stiff peaks are definitely the make-or-break step—mine got better after I waited a bit longer between mixing and folding.

  116. 2 stars
I don’t usually measure vanilla, so I eyeballed it
huge mistake lol. Way too fragrant, but my family still ate it all.

  117. 5 stars
This recipe is super easy! Just mix and freeze, what more can u ask for? 👍

  118. 4 stars
1 cup Baileys sounds like a lot
and it is. Great flavor, but it’s very strong. If you don’t like liqueur, don’t make this.

  119. 3 stars
Not bad, but I think my stiff peaks didn’t really happen because my cream was sitting out too long. Still tasted good though, just softer than expected.

  120. 5 stars
This ice cream is incredible! So smooth and creamy. My friends loved it!

  121. User avatar jeanetta.wunsch57 says:

    4 stars
Used vanilla bean paste instead and it tasted fancy. Freezing overnight made it perfect for scooping.

  122. User avatar samual.hermiston91 says:

    4 stars
Gonna try this but I think rum would be better than Baileys. Just sayin!

    1. User avatar derrick.durgan86 says:

      2 stars
Nah, Baileys is the way to go! Rum would just mess it up, I can’t imagine that combination at all. đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž

    2. 4 stars
I think Baileys gives it that creamy richness! Rum might be too strong, but you do you! 😄

  123. User avatar tissues_with_issues says:

    2 stars
Can I substitute something for Baileys? Like, if I use coffee creamer will it work the same? Not hating, just curious.

  124. 5 stars
    Baileys ice cream sounds dangerous
in a good way. I probably shouldn’t have gone back for seconds 😅

    1. User avatar robby.hintz0 says:

      4 stars
Seconds is basically the recipe instruction. But honestly, freezing only 6 hours? Mine always takes longer to firm up—like 8-10. Still worth it.

    2. User avatar Ms. Marline Harber says:

      5 stars
😂 Same here—“dangerous in a good way” is exactly right. The Baileys really turns it into dessert chaos.

  125. User avatar Michael83 says:

    3 stars
Tasted good but it took way longer to freeze than it said. Not sure how I feel about that.

  126. 5 stars
This is the best ice cream recipe! So creamy and delicious! I can’t stop eating it!

  127. User avatar gilberto.balistreri69 says:

    5 stars
The Baileys flavor is strong in the best way. I’m serving this for guests—won’t tell them it’s homemade.

  128. User avatar stefanie.bernhard1962 says:

    3 stars
My peaks didn’t get stiff, so I guess I overbeat? The texture was softer, like a thick milkshake. Still good with coffee.

  129. User avatar theda.legros says:

    3 stars
Not bad, but mine was a little too soft after 6 hours. I think my freezer runs warm—still, it was tasty.

  130. User avatar marietta.bartoletti3 says:

    5 stars
    Delicious!

  131. User avatar florencio.auer64 says:

    5 stars
Baileys ice cream in a loaf pan is genius. I served it at a party and everyone kept asking for the recipe. Definitely making again!

  132. 5 stars
Wow. I love no-churn desserts and this one tastes fancy without effort. I added a pinch of salt and it made the flavors pop.

    1. 5 stars
Yes!! No-churn desserts are my weakness. I love that you tried a pinch of salt—totally makes sense for flavor pop. Gonna do that next batch.

    2. User avatar courtney.okon6 says:

      3 stars
I’m skeptical—6 hours seems kinda short for ice cream to get really firm. Also do you chill the Baileys too, or just the cream and condensed milk? Mine came out a little soft at first.

  133. 2 stars
I’m skeptical about no churning. Wouldn’t it crystallize? I might try it anyway, but I’m expecting it to be more like boozy frozen cream.

    1. User avatar carmen.roob says:

      4 stars
Totally fair to be skeptical. With enough fat + condensed milk, it usually stays creamy-ish and doesn’t fully “crystallize” like plain ice cream—more like a soft scoop texture than hard shards. Still, freezing time and how cold your ingredients are really matter.

  134. User avatar Théoden says:

    3 stars
Mine turned out a bit icy instead of silky—maybe I didn’t fold gently enough? Still tasty though, just not “frozen cloud” level.

    1. User avatar leanne.williamson says:

      5 stars
Oh no—icy usually means the mix wasn’t smooth/fully emulsified before freezing. Try folding a bit slower (and don’t over-beat after adding the condensed milk). Also make sure everything is really cold, but the condensed milk should blend in completely—no streaks. Next time, you could freeze it while stirring every 30–45 min for the first 2–3 hours to get that “silky/frozen cloud” texture. Glad it still tasted great though!

  135. User avatar huey.koss says:

    3 stars
I followed it exactly, but mine separated a bit and got icy on top. Maybe my cream wasn’t cold enough? Still tasty though.

  136. User avatar MAGA2024.Trumpster says:

    5 stars
5 stars just for the vibe. Also, “Enjoy responsibly!” lol 😂

  137. 3 stars
Feels like it’s missing something—like maybe salt or crushed cookies? I get the base idea, but it tasted a little flat to me.

  138. User avatar grazyna.terry10 says:

    4 stars
I was nervous about the condensed milk, but it balanced the flavor perfectly. Next time I might add a pinch of salt to make it pop.

  139. User avatar therese.erdman says:

    5 stars
Can confirm: you really need cold ingredients. The first time I didn’t, and it wouldn’t whip properly. Second time was perfect.

  140. User avatar lillia.hyatt says:

    4 stars
    Okay but
is it really ice cream without eggs? Seems kinda like frozen mousse. Still, I’m not mad—just surprised.

  141. User avatar vincenzo.jones says:

    4 stars
    Yummy!

  142. User avatar Jarvan IV says:

    3 stars
Quick question: does “cold” mean straight from the fridge or like freezer-cold? I did fridge-cold and it set but took longer.

    1. 5 stars
Great question! I’d treat “cold” here as fridge-cold (like 35–40°F / 2–4°C). Freezer-cold can make it behave weirdly while you’re whipping the cream. Also, yes—fridge-cold may just take a bit longer to firm up.

  143. 2 stars
I tried it and it separated a little after folding. Maybe I overmixed? Still edible, but not the silky finish I expected.

  144. User avatar Samwise Gamgee says:

    4 stars
Honestly I was skeptical about just whipping cream + condensed milk + Baileys, but it worked. The freeze time matters—mine was perfect after the full 6 hours.

  145. User avatar ashely.prosacco68 says:

    5 stars
LOL it’s basically boozy whipped cream. My husband ate half the loaf pan in one night. I’m not even mad.

    1. 5 stars
Honestly that sounds dangerous 😂 But I’m here for it—Baileys + whipped cream combo is the best kind of dessert.

  146. 2 stars
I followed it exactly and it came out icy. Maybe I overmixed the cream? I also used a “light” cream which I guess was my mistake.

  147. User avatar steve_maga says:

    5 stars
I made it and now my whole family keeps asking for more. My gram would be proud. Also, yes responsibly lol.

  148. User avatar Mr. Benjamin Treutel says:

    5 stars
My family loved it. We added chocolate chunks because why not. Also, please do freeze it the full time—6 hours is a minimum.

  149. User avatar milford.wolff2009 says:

    5 stars
This came out super creamy and definitely tastes like dessert should. I used extra vanilla and it was a win. Freezing for the full 6 hours helped a lot.

    1. User avatar marcus.price says:

      5 stars
Totally agree—freezing that long makes a huge difference. I’m jealous you got to add extra vanilla too; I always do the same when it’s “just 1 tsp” 😄

  150. User avatar joe_banana says:

    4 stars
Not gonna lie, 6 hours wasn’t enough for me. I waited overnight and it was much better. The flavor is spot on—like drinking Baileys but frozen.
