Salt and pepper to taste is vague lol. I salted without thinking and it was a bit much. But overall, easy and satisfying.

It’s okay, but a bit simple. I think it’s missing some spices or something. 3 stars.

Too simple, I was expecting more flavors. I ended up adding some cheese but it still felt bland.

Tried adding spinach, turned out awesome! Highly recommend changing it up.

Really? Spinach? I think I prefer it the original way. Don’t know about that change.

    2. 5 stars
I love the idea of adding spinach! Gonna try it next time 😍

So simple but so good—crispy toast + creamy avocado + runny yolk is the perfect combo. I added sliced tomatoes and it tasted fresh.

I tried frying the eggs in my non-stick pan and they stuck a little… maybe my pan was too hot? Tasted fine, presentation wasn’t great.

I’m skeptical about eating avocado with eggs on toast—seems too “trendy” — but wow, it’s actually filling. I get why people love it.

Need more time for the eggs? Mine were overcooked. Like I blinked and it was done. Any tips for keeping yolks runny?

  13. User avatar Chi Shenlong says:

Didn’t get it… toasting bread takes too long. I’ll stick to cereal.

Avocado and eggs is great, but two eggs for just two slices of bread feels a little heavy. Maybe I’d do 1 egg next time.

  15. 5 stars
This is such a fast, satisfying breakfast. The creamy avocado + runny egg combo is perfect. I added a squeeze of lemon and it really brightened everything up.

  16. User avatar Courtney Emard says:

The eggs were too runny for my taste. I prefer them hard boiled. Might try it again, but switch the eggs.

  17. 1 star
Uhm, why not use peanut butter instead? Much healthier, right?

  18. User avatar bernardina.dietrich says:

Yum! I like to put cheese on mine too. Makes it extra yummy!

Cheese on avocado toast? That’s a new one! I usually keep it simple, but I’ll give it a shot. Sounds interesting!

Mine came out okay, but my eggs stuck a little even though the pan was non-stick. Also I didn’t mash the avocado enough—some chunks were a bit much.

I’m not usually an avocado person, but the creamy combo with the egg is legit. Would make again, especially with tomatoes.

Haha, I’ve been there! Avocados can be tricky. Still sounds yummy though!

Simple but honestly really good. I used slightly under-ripe avocado once and it wasn’t as creamy, so make sure it’s ripe like the recipe says.

  28. User avatar jessika.schulist44 says:

    3 stars
I tried it, and it was fine… but my avocado wasn’t very ripe so it turned kinda lumpy. Next time I’ll wait longer or pick a better one.

Egg on toast… okay but where is the cheese? 😅 I guess avocado helps but I’m a cheddar person. Otherwise fine.

  30. User avatar Loonquawl says:

I made this, but the eggs turned out kinda soggy. Not sure what went wrong. Maybe I need to fry them longer? 🤔

  31. User avatar lamar.haley says:

Avocado and egg on toast? Boring! I prefer my eggs sunny side up with hot sauce. Y’all have taste! 😂

  34. User avatar olivia.kling says:

    3 stars
I tried it twice, cooked the eggs wrong both times, lol.

  35. 4 stars
Simple and pretty filling. I used whole grain bread and it tasted healthier than I expected. Would make again for sure.

  36. 4 stars
Simple ingredients but the the flavor is amazing! I added some hot sauce for a kick.

  38. User avatar juan.cartwright says:

Wow. Simple ingredients, big results. I’m shocked how filling this is. Definitely going in my rotation.

  39. 3 stars
It was OK, but I think I prefer eggs scrambled. Not sure if the toast was worth the effort.

    1. 3 stars
Scrambled eggs are good too, but this is a different vibe! Maybe try it with more toppings next time?

Tasted ok, but why mash the avocado? I think it might be better just to slice it on top. Meh.
