Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
In a separate non-stick skillet, fry the eggs to your desired level of doneness.
Spread the mashed avocado onto each slice of toast.
Place a fried egg on top of each slice of toast.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add optional toppings if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
