Cheddar Chicken and Broccoli with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chicken
  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 1 g chedder cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  • While the chicken cooks, chop the tomatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.
  • Add tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until they start to soften. Add broccoli and splash in 2–3 tbsp of water (as needed) to help steam.
  • Cover and cook for 3–4 minutes, until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt for about 1 minute. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve hot.
