Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken
- 100 g Broccoli
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 g chedder cheese
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, chop the tomatoes and cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Add tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes until they start to soften. Add broccoli and splash in 2–3 tbsp of water (as needed) to help steam.
- Cover and cook for 3–4 minutes, until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt for about 1 minute. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot.
