- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Broccoli
- 1 cup Rice
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the rice according to package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, slice the beef into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add the broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Serve the beef and broccoli stir fry over the cooked rice.
