Keto Avocado Brownies
Delicious and healthy brownies made with avocado
Ingredients
- 2 avocados ripe
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the avocados until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, erythritol, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to the bowl with the mashed avocados. Mix well until the batter is smooth and combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into 12 squares and serve.
