4 chicken breasts
2 lemons
4 large potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste


1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
3.Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side, until browned.
4.Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and set aside.
5.Slice the lemons and potatoes into thin rounds. Crush the garlic cloves.
6.Arrange the lemon slices in a single layer in the bottom of the skillet. Top with a layer of potato slices and crushed garlic.
7.Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes.
8.Cover the skillet with foil and transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
9.Remove the foil and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the chicken and potatoes are golden brown.
10.Serve hot and enjoy!
