Sausage and Bell Pepper Skillet

Ingredients

1 pound sausage links, sliced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2.Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3.Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
4.Stir in oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
5.Serve hot and enjoy!
