A healthy and delicious recipe combining salmon and broccoli.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture.
  • Spread the broccoli florets around the salmon on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the remaining olive oil mixture over the broccoli.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  • Serve the salmon and broccoli medley hot and enjoy!
