A healthy and delicious recipe combining salmon and broccoli.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture.
- Spread the broccoli florets around the salmon on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil mixture over the broccoli.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
