Ingredients
  

  • 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch pie crust unbaked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving.
