1 cup mixed sprouts (mung beans, moth beans, lentils)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


1.Wash the mixed sprouts thoroughly and soak them in water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
2.Drain the soaked sprouts and rinse them again with water.
3.In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
4.Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder to taste. Mix well.
5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
