  • 1 cup mixed sprouts (mung beans moth beans, lentils)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
