Wash the mixed sprouts thoroughly and soak them in water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Drain the soaked sprouts and rinse them again with water.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder to taste. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve the mixed sprout salad chilled and enjoy!
