A healthy and simple stir-fry dish packed with flavors and nutrients. This kale and chicken stir-fry is quick to prepare and perfect for a nutritious meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 150 grams kale stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 piece ginger mince a small piece

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add chicken strips to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Toss in the kale and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Add soy sauce and mix thoroughly to coat all ingredients.
  • Serve immediately while hot, spice with fresh chili peppers, and enjoy your kale and chicken stir-fry!
