Ingredients
- 200 grams chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 150 grams kale stems removed and leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 piece ginger mince a small piece
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Toss in the kale and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add soy sauce and mix thoroughly to coat all ingredients.
