1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


1.In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2.Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
3.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
4.In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey. Drizzle the sauce over the meatballs and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
5.Serve hot and enjoy!
