Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas
3 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of cumin
Salt to taste

Instructions

1.Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
2.In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt.
3.Process until smooth and creamy, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
4.Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
5.Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
6.Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
