Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  • In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt.
  • Process until smooth and creamy, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
  • Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
