Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or any yogurt of choice
- 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 tablespoon honey adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 4-5 cubes ice
Instructions
- Place strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
- Taste and add more honey if desired.
