4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 whole wheat pitas
Greek Salsa:
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pit removed and chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste


1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2.Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
3.Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
