Ingredients

1 pound beef sirloin, cut into cubes
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2.In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3.Thread the beef cubes and asparagus onto skewers, alternating between the two.
4.Drizzle the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture, making sure to coat all sides.
5.Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef reaches desired doneness and the asparagus is tender.
6.Remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
7.Serve the grilled beef and asparagus skewers hot and enjoy!
