Chicken Parmesan – by Ralph Alan Lich
Ingredients
- chicken breast
- bread crumbs Tasty
- Egg wash
- flour
Instructions
- Place wax paper on a cutting board.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, patting off the excess.
- Place the floured chicken breast on the cutting board, cover with plastic wrap, and gently tenderize the meat with a mallet.
- Dip each tenderized chicken breast in egg wash.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in seasoned bread crumbs.
- Heat a large frying pan with oil.
- Brown the chicken breasts on both sides in the hot oil.
- Place the browned chicken breasts on a sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cover each breast with marinara sauce.
- Top the marinara sauce with provolone cheese.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
