Too much onion soup mix! It overpowered everything. I couldn’t enjoy it. Probably won’t make again.

I followed the recipe to a T but it turned out dry. I think I might have overcooked it. 😕

I feel you! Meatloaf can be tricky, especially in the microwave. Maybe try less time next time?

Overcooked it? Nah, my meatloaf always turns out fine. Maybe you need a better microwave or something?

How do legums go with meatloaf? Just asking for a friend. Any vegan recipes?

  4. 3 stars
Why do I need to use ‘Herb de Provance’? I don’t even know what that is. Just using Italian seasoning.

My kids loved it! Mixed it all up and they couldn’t even tell it was turkey and chicken. Thanks for the recipe!

Not what I expected. The garlic flavor was too strong for me. I think I’ll stick to traditional recipes.

I understand where you’re coming from! Garlic can be pretty overpowering sometimes. Have you tried using less or maybe roasting it first? It can mellow the flavor a lot.

    2. 2 stars
Nah, garlic ain’t too strong if you ask me. That’s what makes it good! But if ya like tradish stuff, that’s cool too.

It was alright but I like my meatloaf more traditional. The A-1 sauce was weird. I struggled with it.

So easy to make, but I didn’t like the microwaving part. Meatloaf should be baked, right? Not for me.

Meh, wasn’t that great. I’ll stick with my mom’s recipe. Too much garlic I think.

I followed it exactly, except I used ketchup instead of A-1. Still delish!

Ketchup?! Really? I mean, to each their own I guess, but that sounds weird. Wouldn’t it taste too sweet?

This meatloaf was juicy and full of flavor! The A-1 sauce added a nice tang. Will definitely make again!

Is it just me or does anyone else think this needs more seasoning? Like, where’s the flavor at? Very bland! 3/5 stars.

I totally agree! I added some extra herbs and spices, and it made a huge difference. Definitely needs a kick!

    2. 2 stars
Nah, I think it has enough flavor! Maybe you just need to season your plate more? Plus, I love A-1 on it. 😋

  15. 5 stars
Quick, easy, and full of flavor! Who knew ground turkey and chicken combo could be so delicious? Cooking it in the microwave is genius!

I was skeptical about microwaving the meatloaf. I prefer to bake it, you know? But it turned out good for a quick meal.

Is it just me or does turkey not belong in meatloaf? I use beef or pork if I make it. This seems weird.

Yuck! Meatloaf should be baked, not microwaved! Who does that? Really disappointed.

Meatloaf? In the microwave? Nah, sounds weird. I couldn’t bring myself to try it. 1 star.

  23. 2 stars
I dunno, microwaving meatloaf? Sounds off. Used the oven instead, came out okay but not great. Probably won’t try again.

This recipe is missing something. Maybe some cheese would help? Idk, it’s just not quite there.

Meh. After reading the ingredients I was a bit confused. Can I just use regular onion instead of the soup mix?

Yum! My kids loved it. I didn’t have A-1, so I used ketchup and it was still great. Will make again for sure!
