I followed the recipe to a T but it turned out dry. I think I might have overcooked it. 😕
I feel you! Meatloaf can be tricky, especially in the microwave. Maybe try less time next time?
Overcooked it? Nah, my meatloaf always turns out fine. Maybe you need a better microwave or something?
How do legums go with meatloaf? Just asking for a friend. Any vegan recipes?
My husband loves A-1 sauce! It was perfect on top. Definitely a keeper. 👍
So easy to make, but I didn’t like the microwaving part. Meatloaf should be baked, right? Not for me.
Meh, wasn’t that great. I’ll stick with my mom’s recipe. Too much garlic I think.
Quick, easy, and full of flavor! Who knew ground turkey and chicken combo could be so delicious? Cooking it in the microwave is genius!
This meatloaf was a hit with my family! Never thought turkey and chicken could taste this good together. I’ll be making it again for sure! 😋
Is it just me or does turkey not belong in meatloaf? I use beef or pork if I make it. This seems weird.
I loved this recipe! Super tasty! I added some diced bell peppers for extra flavor.
