Turkish Meatloaf, or Köfte as it's known in Turkey, offers a flavorful twist on the classic meatloaf with the addition of Middle Eastern spices, fresh herbs, and a rich, savory base.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until they are all well combined. (Except toppings)
Even out the meat in the loaf bowl.
Spread A-1 sauce over the top of the meatloaf in a zig-zag fashion.
Microwave on high until the loaf is set, the juices run clear, and the meat is no longer pink inside, 20 to 35 minutes depending on the power of your microwave
Use a meat thermometer in the center of the loaf once removed from the microwave oven. It should read at least 165° F.
Let it rest for 5 minutes and then cut into servings and enjoy
