Ingredients
- 150 g Beef
- 100 g Pasta
- 100 g Broccoli
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, add the beef and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Add the broccoli to the pan with the beef and cook for 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
- Stir in the chopped tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the tomatoes soften into a light sauce.
- Add the drained pasta to the pan and toss well to coat in the tomato-beef mixture. Cook 1–2 minutes to heat through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then serve hot.
