4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup mini marshmallows


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, 1/4 cup melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Spread evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, and 1/4 cup melted butter until crumbly. Stir in mini marshmallows. Sprinkle mixture over sweet potato mixture.
4.Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown.
