6 sheets of nori seaweed
3 cups of sushi rice
1 pound of fresh raw fish (such as salmon or tuna)
1 cucumber, julienned
1 avocado, sliced
Soy sauce for dipping
Pickled ginger for serving
Wasabi for serving


1.Prepare the sushi rice by rinsing it well and cooking according to package instructions. Let it cool.

7.Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more rolls.
8.Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
9.Serve the sushi rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
