4 ripe peaches
1 teaspoon saffron threads
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup raisins
Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving


1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
3.In a small bowl, combine the saffron threads and honey. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
4.Brush the melted butter over the cut side of each peach half.
5.Drizzle the saffron-infused honey over the peaches.
6.Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and raisins evenly over the peaches.
7.Place the peach halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
8.Bake for 20 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and juicy.
9.Serve the baked peaches warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
